The Pendulum of Fortune has continued its slow swing back towards Tim Hartmann with a big river call on a board reading 8s-7h-6s-3d-4c. A pot of 650k or so was already brewing, when Hartmann bet 385 on the river four. Pietnoczko took a long time thinking about whether or not to call, asking, “Do you really have a five?”
It turns out that yes, he did. Js-5h was his hand precisely, and he scooped the pot including the call, cementing his new position as returning chip leader.
